Holiday Packing List
Travel Quotes to Trigger your Wanderlust
It’s that time of year after the clocks have gone back and the evenings get dark early that I start wishing for a nice beach holiday.
For those lucky enough to be going on their travels soon, I’ve created a holiday packing list. It always pays to be organised but this is especially true when travelling. You don’t want to arrive at your destination and discover you have forgotten a vital item.
I’ve split the list into the following sections:
- Clothing – Winter Travels;
- Electronics; and
There is also a general section where you can add your own items.
Some items you might want to consider are:
- Allergy medicines
- Medicines specific to the region you are travelling to
- Motion sickness pills or bands
- Compact mirror
- Contact lenses and solution
- Eye drops
- Mini sewing kit / clothing care kit
- Prescription glasses and case
- Travel pillow
If you are taking prescribed medication, keep them in the original packaging and also take your prescription with you.
Any sharp objects, such as scissors, tweezers must be in your checked luggage.
Don’t fill your water bottle up until you get through security.
Not ready to travel?
Take your time to read through and be inspired by the quotes. Once you’ve found your favourite, choose a postcard and add your quote.
I chose the beach scene postcard to customise and added the travel quote by Saint Augustine – “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.”
I’ll be putting together a full free travel planner pack soon so why not pin or save the page. You can also join the mailing list and I’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready. In the meantime, head over to www.carrentals.com and get inspired by their fantastic travel quotes and download the custom postcard printables.

Please remember the printables on this site are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
